Stress is bad...but iPod's make it better!

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while, in all honesty I was busy with school.
But who cares about that?
There's a lot going on in the world today; apple recently released a series of new iPod's that make my old iPod's look like dirt.
But that's the way the cookie crumbles.
The nano touch is beautiful; small but that's exactly what you would expect from a nano. The shuffle is back and better than ever and the iTouch 4th generation is AMAZING!
Needless to say, I'm extremely satisfied with it (yeah I own one!).
The only thing that bothers me is that there are no cases for it yet. -_-
But hey! Patience.....

The Invisible Man vs. The Invisible Man?

Have you ever heard of Ralph Emerson? Apparently he's one of those author's whose book you're supposed to read before you die.
What a happy thought!
I have to read his book Invisible Man for my A.P English class this coming year. Now I don't know about you but I personally liked H.G Wells The Invisible Man.
Why?
Because the man was actually invisible.
But hey; so far Emerson hasn't dissapointed; if his book is really that amazing then hey I've just picked up an astounding book. I have barely begun though so let's wait and see.
I still wish he were invisible though.

Lords of Discipline

So, I've been in the Pat Conroy mood and thought I would share some books from him that I thought you all would like! Particularly this one.

This book is about a military school and it's occupants; but trust me, it get's much more involved and interesting than that.

It was one of the very few books I have ever read that was both beautifully written (I mean it is Pat Conroy) and funny at the same time. I laughed and also felt emotional along with the characters.

Trust me, if you want to read an amazing book, pick this one up!

Sinners and Angels: A Love Story

There is fine line between love and hate, so shouldn't it be said that there is a fine line between good and evil as well?
Think about it.
The fine line between each is choice. A man or woman can choose whether or not to be good or evil. I personally believe the only real evil things in life are the things you choose to do. No one is fully good or evil, they just choose to be.
What are your opinions on good and evil? Is it as simple as mine or more complex? What do you believe when it comes to the power of choices?
Leave it in the comments! I'd love to read what you think!

Short Stories: My Suggestions and Yours

I'm currently perusing through some short story collections and thought,"hey! why not mention them?"
So here it goes.
Neil Gaiman is a literary genius and his short stories are worth every penny. His book Smoke and Mirrors and Fragile Things, include many short stories that he devised in his brilliant mind! Right now I'm reading Fragile Things (along with Harry Potter) and I must say he has talent!
Now-for those of you interested in reading short stories by many famous authors that I'm sure you've heard of here's a great website:
http://www.classicreader.com/
It's a good website that offers tons of shorts stories by many familiar authors.

But wait! There's more!
Do you know of any fantastic short story website's or books?
If you do do not hesitate to add them in the comments below!
Any suggestions will be taken and I promise to post more information for all avid readers!

The first step forward! Books!

So, right now, in light of me going to the fabulous HARRY POTTER THEME PARK, I'm catching up on a bit of light reading.
Harry Potter, as you all know, is a national phenomenom. I can't stress enough how amazing this book series is. It has changed the lives of many people, specifically my own.
Loony became my friend through this book, and many others as well. And because of this, I want to take a moment to dedicate a post to one of my favorite books in the Harry Potter series.
So there you have it!
